How AWS is helping EU customers navigate data protection

We work closely with you to understand your data protection needs, and offer the most comprehensive set of services, tooling, and resources to help protect your data. You can choose to store your customer data in any one or more of our European Regions in the EU, including France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Sweden; and in Spain from 2022.  

In support of our ongoing commitment to our EU customers, we’ve launched two new online resources to help EU customers more easily complete data transfer assessments, and comply with the GDPR, taking into account the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) recommendations.
